Jon Stevens, FNP-BC
Jon is a board certified Nurse Practitioner and joined CAI in August of 2021. He has been serving the community as a nurse since 1989, receiving his Associates in Applied Sciences Degree from Phoenix College and earned his Bachelor of Science, Master’s in Science, and his Post Master’s in Science in Nursing Degrees from Arizona State University in 2004. He has been practicing medicine for 31 years and in the cardiology field for more than 20 years.
